Senior Spotlight--Grace Schrader--East Bridgewater

Grace Schrader is recognized as a Class of 2023 Senior in the Spotlight.

Schrader is a senior in the Cosmetology vocational program. She chose to follow Cosmetology at Southeastern because of the creativity and brainpower it requires as well as the joy it can bring others.

While at Southeastern, she participated in softball and competed in SkillsUSA at the State level.

Following graduation, she plans to continue to work at her current job, as an assistant at Paul Joseph’s Salon in Easton, while continuing her education within the field.

Her advice to freshmen is: “Keep an open mind. Southeastern has so many different vocations, and I found myself enjoying a number of shops that I never thought I would.”

Southeastern’s Senior Spotlight honorees are chosen based on their high academic and vocational achievement. Seniors are selected from each of the nine towns Southeastern serves and are highlighted prior to graduation, which will be held this year on June 7.
