Congratulations to Culinary Arts Senior Jacob Margolis for winning the MRAEF Scholarship

Congratulations to Culinary Arts senior Jacob Margolis for winning a scholarship from the Massachusetts Restaurant Association Educational Foundation! Jacob has been heavily involved in ProStart since Freshman year and he and his team, led by Chef Scott Tessier, won the State ProStart invitational during the 2020-2021 school year. Jacob will be attending Johnson and Wales University in the Fall majoring in Culinary Arts. Chef Kfoury, Chef Peterson, Chef Doolin and Chef Tessier are all so proud of you!
